J\u00e1 t\u00e9hle form\u011b s oblibou \u0159\u00edk\u00e1m pozitivn\u00ed stres. Zn\u00ed to zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u011b, ale vlastn\u011b to vystihuje to, co m\u00e1. Uvedeme si p\u0159\u00edklad takov\u00e9ho pozitivn\u00edho stresu, kter\u00fd ka\u017ed\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka m\u016f\u017ee posunout n\u011bkam d\u00e1l. Dejme tomu, \u017ee n\u011bkdo v\u00e1\u017e\u00ed stra\u0161n\u011b moc kilo a m\u00e1 partnera, nebo partnerku. No jen\u017ee po p\u00e1r letech sou\u017eit\u00ed toho druh\u00e9ho partner opust\u00ed a ten druh\u00fd se c\u00edt\u00ed \u0161patn\u011b. Rozchod byl kv\u016fli v\u00e1ze. Rozhodne se zhubnout t\u0159eba na polovi\u010dn\u00ed v\u00e1hu. No a tomuhle se \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 pozitivn\u00ed stres. Donut\u00ed \u010dlov\u011bka, aby se sebou n\u011bco d\u011blal a v\u00fdsledek je t\u0159eba polovina v\u00e1hy, kterou v\u00e1\u017eil p\u0159edt\u00edm. A tomu se \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 opravdu super v\u011bc. J\u00e1 si mysl\u00edm, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd z n\u00e1s m\u00e1 mo\u017enost volby a je opravdu jenom na n\u00e1s, jak tu mo\u017enost vyu\u017eijeme. Bu\u010fto se budeme cht\u00edt zdokonalovat a bude n\u00e1m na tom z\u00e1le\u017eet, budeme na sob\u011b pracovat anebo budeme sp\u00e1t na vav\u0159\u00ednech. J\u00e1 si tedy rozhodn\u011b vyberu tu druhou mo\u017enost a takhle by to m\u011bl ud\u011blat ka\u017ed\u00fd, komu z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na tom, aby se posouval obecn\u011b v \u017eivot\u011b d\u00e1l.\u00a0\u0158\u00edk\u00e1m si, \u017ee na ka\u017ed\u00e9m \u010dlov\u011bku je volba.
